- 2 cups pasta (I'm using farfalle or bow tie pasta.)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (this is pure pumpkin and NOT Pumpkin Pie filling.)
- 1/4 cup walnut (Powder - crush about 10-12 walnuts to create the same.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (use as per your taste)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup cheese (Mozeralla)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- salt (as per taste)
- pepper (as per taste)

it was great! I added some mushrooms, spinach, cinnamon and garlic and it made it so much heartier! I also used zucchini noodles instead of regular pasta. delicious!!
