Very good! I added 3/4 can of chipolte in adobo and it was delicious. I feel like some cumin could elevate this more and maybe some green onions? Will play with the recipe but yummy as written.

I had this recipe at my friends potluck, Instead of using just 1 teaspoon of the adobe sauce, she used the entire can. Incredibly good and spicy! I can't wait to recreate it.
