It turned out extremely well; wife and kids loved it. Served with a Tzatziki type sauce.

Very tasty and very easy to make. I like the flexibility in that they're perfect to dip, put in pitta bread pockets with salad or even serve as a vegetarian main. A nice taste, but easy to spice up by varying the accompanying dip/sauce.
