- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 lemon (small)
- 24 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)

- 1 cup all-purpose flour (add 1/2 tsp each salt & black pepper, mix together)

- 1 red pepper (large, seeded and thinly sliced)

Very good and authentic taste. Served with jasmine rice. Everyone liked it. The only criticism was that it was slightly bitter tasting. Not sure if it was too much orange zest or the orange marmalade.
