- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 pkg. pickled vegetable (chopped, available in any Asian grocery store)
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 garlic (gloves of, peeled and sliced)
- 1 slice ginger root (minced)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. water (garlic, minced garlic in water)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper corns (ground Sichuan)
- 3 Tbsp. sauce (chili oil, available in any Chinese grocery store. I use homemade version.)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- chopped cilantro
- soy beans (roasted)
- green onion (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (for cooking ground pork)
