- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
- 3 portobello mushrooms (medium-large, stems removed, rubbed clean, thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. liquid aminos (Bragg’s)
- 12 tortillas (small soft-shelled, use corn tortilla if gluten-free is required)
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage (finely chopped, for garnish, optional)
- 1 ripe avocado (sliced into thin wedges, for garnish, optional)
