- 1 1/4 tsp. salt

- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. oil (or saute in water if that’s your preference)
- 1 diced onions
- 1 whole garlic (head, peeled and pressed)
- 2 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 3 Tbsp. spice blend (don’t discard the rest! You may want to add more later)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 cups cauliflower (chopped)
- 3 cups chickpeas (cooked, approximately 2 14.5-ounce cans with 1 cup of them mashed roughly with a potato masher)
- 2 cups water
- 13.66 oz. whole fat coconut milk (/cream)
- 2 cups spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon juice
