- 500 grams fish fillets (fresh, monkfish, salmon, whiting or hake, or this recipe can be made with chicken or prawns)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- rock salt (– Pinch of Himalayan fine)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 300 mL water (or gluten-free fish stock)
- 2 Tbsp. creamed coconut (or natural coconut yoghurt)
- 100 grams mangetout
- 100 grams broccoli florets
- 50 grams fresh mango (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. mango chutney
- brown rice (– Cooked short-grain, to serve)
