- 2 avocados (ripe, pitted and peeled)
- 1 cup truRoots Organic Sprouted Green Lentils (cooked and cooled)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (seeded and chopped*, 1 cup)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped*, 2 tbsps.)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro (minced)

Directions
- MASH avocados in medium bowl. Add lentils, tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, lime juice, salt and cilantro. Stir to combine. Chill.
- *Substitute with 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained.
