- 1/4 cup dill (roughly chopped, you can absolutely go with straight parsley here)

- 2 tsp. vinegar (white modena, I use the Trader Joes brand, any mild, slightly sweet white vinegar will work.)

Tasty! Bright and fresh. I made it without oil and it was thicker but just fine. Maybe add a small clove of garlic next time?
