- 2 Tbsp. ponzu sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups red cabbage (shredded)
- 2 cups nappa cabbage (shredded)
- 1 cup daikon (grated)
- 5/16 cup dry roasted peanuts (chopped fine)
