- 1/4 cup fresh coriander (chopped)
- 4 cups water (for boiling fish)
- 2 cups olive oil
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (Powder)
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 4 eggs ( - whisked)
- 2 cups bread crumbs (for coating)
- 1 cup flour (for dredging)
