- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (divided)
- 1 1/2 lb. cauliflower florets
- 1 Tbsp. oil

- 1/4 cup peanuts (Chopped)
- chopped cilantro

Directions
- Place salmon in centers of 4 foil sheets. Brush each with 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce; sprinkle each with 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
- Toss cauliflower with oil and salt. Arrange around each fillet. Seal packets; cook 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.
