I grilled the fish after marinating as the directions. The fish turned out very moist cooking on charcoal grill around 300 degrees longer. The flavor we a little bland I should have followed the Truly suggestion and added a small amount of salt and pepper to the fish. I will also next time put the chopped Basil on the fish not in the sauce and squeeze a fresh lemon on top. Still using the butter sauce as well.

I lightly sauteed the fish in olive oil instead of using the grill, and lightly seasoned the fish with salt and pepper before marinating. The fish came out tender and delicious and my husband loved it!!
