- 1 bunch curly kale (torn to pieces, inlcuding trimmed stems)
- 1 cucumber (large, peeled and cubed)
- 2 cups green grapes (removed from stems)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded and ribs removed, roughly chopped, I like heat so you may want a try the pepper first and b start with half - you can always add more)
- 1 1/2 inches ginger (piece)
- 1 handful cilantro (roughly chopped, stems ok too)
- 1 lemon (large, peeled and quartered + ¼ of lemon peel)
- 2 limes (small, peeled and quartered)
