  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam (you can substitute to any fruit jam/jelly, honey or sugar)
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped, approximately 1½ Tbsp)
  • 1 serrano chili (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (crushed in between your palms)
  • 8 ounces noodles (dried naengmyeon)
  • 4 handfuls green cabbage (add some purple cabbage too if you like!)
  • 4 ounces carrot (thinly julienne)
