This was good. Have had some other more enjoyable dishes similar (like red curry veggies, etc.). This was different in a sorta good way. Happy I tried it, but not first on the list to make again

Delicious nice spicy, salty, tart and sweet combination and following the instructions the veggies came out perfect cooked but not too crunchy!

Fantastic. I stir fried firm tofu with soy sauce garlic and onion then took that out and put into the cast iron skillet carrots zucchini broccoli yellow pepper potato. I did not add as much sirachi and used ginger spice instead of fresh. I topped with crushed peanuts nutritional yeast and parsley. I also cooked my vegetables longer 2/15/5. Next time I’ll put in more sirachi and veggies and less peanut butter. If I use the same carrots I’ll add those first and let them cook fora good 10 mins before adding other veggies. I made Arborio rice with 1/3 of an onion soup packet.
Super good and delicious

Great. I used bean sprouts, green cabbage, and a green bell pepper. I had leftover sauce so I’ll reuse it.

Really nice - roasted some courgette, sprouts, toms and added spinach at the end. Had with udon mixed in and coriander & fresh lime on top. Next time might add in some tiger prawns and use honey as recommended in the comments here.

I liked it husband said too tangy so maybe too much lime. Next time would add a little more peanut butter and spice. Made with homemade naan

Delicious
I added crushed red pepper to make it more spicy. And honey instead of brown sugar for the sweetener.

Delicious, i modified it a bit. Made it a lot more spicy and added more soy sauce, salt, and veggies.

Easy to make and great flavour. Added more garlic, as well as some chickpeas. Will make again.

It was so banging. My 3 and 5 year olds ate it, and my 5 year old hates everything. Definitely making this again, tonight in fact, with shrimp added👌🏾
