    Wonderful! Only used 1 jalapeño, being cautious, will use both next time. Tossed the white of the cebollitas into the marinade. Might try a little less soy sauce, strong flavor. Fried white corn tortillas. Added pepper jack cheese and sour cream. Cooked the shrimp in a skillet and simmered in the marinade. Only used 2 mangos and it was plenty. Wonderful flavors, look forward to it being more spicy next time.

    Delicious! Didn’t have coconut milk so just used coconut oil for cooking and it still turned out great.
    Very good marinade I would use it as a dressing don’t throw it out !
