Ingredients

- 120 grams butter (at room temperature)
- 150 grams hard cheese (grated, use your favorite)
- 250 grams flour
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt (skip the salt if the cheese is too salty)

Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogenous mixture. Shape the dough in a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about 15 min or 30 min in the fridge.
- Take the dough out of the freezer and roll until 0,5cm thick.
- Using a cookie cutter cut the crackers, transfer to a baking tray with some parchment paper. You can also cut the crackers in squares with a knife or a pizza cutter.
- Bake for 20 min in a preheated oven at 200C or until golden and crunchy.
- To finish them up you can sprinkle them with some more paprika and salt. Let them cool and serve.
