Rather bland with a limey aftertaste. Added some more Siracha and served over some rice. Didn’t change the lime : much better!

this is pretty good, but not as great y I thought it would be. i followed th amounts exactly. ut next time i would add some capers and shallots and may be just a dash of nutnegto pull out the flavors a bit more.
