- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 sage leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 garlic (dried)
- 3/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups vegetable stock (unsalted)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds

Directions
- Heat oil in a nonstick sauce pan and add cinnamon stick. Immediately, add sage leaves and garlic and sauté for few seconds.
