Ingredients

- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 bag spinach (8 cups)
- black pepper
- 1 lb. whole wheat pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 16 oz. Alfredo sauce
- 1 lb. shrimp (pre-cooked, peeled, deveined, tail-off, defrosted)

Directions
- Fill a stockpot with water and set heat to bring to a boil. once boiling, drop the pasta and cook to taste.
- Heat oil in a 2+ qt saucepan and sautee the diced onions until softened
- pour in the alfredo sauce, spinach, tomatoes, and seasonings. Stir well until heated through.
- Add shrimp and cook/stir for a few minutes to allow shrimp to warm (don't cook too much!)
- Drain water from pasta, pour the shrimp mixture over it, and serve!
