- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning (such as Slap Ya Mama)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 2 eggs (beaten with 1/2 cup of the chicken marinade)
- 6 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
