- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 12 whole wheat tortillas
- 4 cups white cheddar (shredded)
- 2 tsp. onion salt

- Preheat oven to 400°
- Saute half of the butter with peppers, onions, mushrooms with seasons until tender
- Brown sausage separately on medium heat
