- 1 ribeye steak (thick cut, 1½" thick)
- 1 cup v8 vegetable juice (Spicy Hot)
- 2 Tbsp. beer (any kind)
- 1 Tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasonings (such a s Slap Ya Mama, as much or little as you like)
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 cup mashed potatoes (prepared, seasoned with salt, pepper and butter, homemade preferably)
- 1 Tbsp. cream cheese (chive and onion flavored)
- 2 cloves roasted garlic (mashed, can sub fresh mashed and finely minced)
- 1 jalapeño (small mild, cleaned out and finely chopped)
- 2 strips cooked bacon (crisp-, chopped or crumbled into small pieces)
- 2 large shallots (peel outside layer and slice crossways into 8 slices each)
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs (italian)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder

- blue cheese crumbles (to taste)
