First time cooked exactly as dictated - 4 Stars. Second time, we used 1/2 t. chipolte and 1/2 t. smoked paprika instead or siracha. Being unrepentant carnivores, my daughter and I tried it with leftover steak, cooked in bacon grease instead of flax seed oil. Off the hook fantastic. 10 stars on a 5 star scale!
