- 1 jalapeno pepper (small fresh, seeded and ribs removed, minced)

Directions
- PLACE softened cream cheese in medium bowl. Pour preserves over cream cheese and mix until completely combined.
- STIR in jalapeno pepper to distribute evenly.
- COVER and chill in refrigerator several hours. Serve with assorted crackers.
