- curry leaves (2 or 3)
- vegetable oil (or ghee, 2 Tbsp)
- cumin seeds (Jeera 1 tsp)
- 1 tsp. chilli powder
- turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- masala (Pav bhaji, optional, use if you have it)
- salt (as per taste)
