As I didn't have granny smith apples on hand, I did reduce the sugar a little bit. The applesauce was good, but a little soupy. If I make it again I will turn the heat up in the last 30 minutes.

i doubled the water, and only used 1/4 the spices and it's super sweet! i can imagine if i used all of it! overall is delicious and super easy.
