This jam was easy to make and the taste was worth the effort. I added the zest of an orange to round out the flavor. I just might make another batch.

Excellent jam! However, after the first time I made it I made some revisions. I used 5 cups of fruit, dropped the sugar to 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1/2 the cinnamon and cut out the nutmeg. Ended up with 3 half pints. Don't miss the sugar, it's actually really good.
