I am looking for natural ways to lower my blood pressure. In addition, (I don't want to claim it) doctor's said I have Rotator's Cuff. In bad weather my shoulders hurt like you wouldn't believe. I started using turmeric as a spice and noticed my shoulder pain was practicing gone. I want to make a tea out of the three spices and drink daily.
