- 1 gingerbread cake (not cookies - we made ours from scratch but a store bought mix works fine)
- 1 cake
- 1 packet apple cider
- 5.1 oz. vanilla pudding mix (cook-and-serve)
- 30 oz. pumpkin pie filling (TIP: use pumpkin pie filling because regular cans of pumpkin will need a little more sugar and some spices to get the same appeal)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 tsp. ground cardamom (or cinnamon)
- 12 oz. frozen whipped topping
