- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz. cream cheese (organic, softened at room temp., I use Organic Valley)
- 1/2 cup juice (an orange, That's 1 medium Orange!)
- 3/4 cup pure cane sugar (organic, I use Wholesome Sweets)
- 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour (organic, I use Bob's Red Mill)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Organic Valley Eggs (large, room temp.)
- 3 Tbsp. low fat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 navel oranges (medium, sliced with skin)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (I use Land O'Lakes)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (organic, I use Sugar in the Raw)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 pinch sea salt
