- 1 pinch mace
- lamb (/mutton stock or beef stock, in a pinch)
- 1 glass white wine
- 125 grams chutney (/4½oz good fruit)

- rice (boiled, cooked to packet instructions)
- 5 grams cumin seeds (whole)
