- 100 mL white wine vinegar
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 70 mL water
- 1/2 tsp. black onion seeds
- 1/2 tsp. white mustard seeds
- 2 red chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. coriander (chopped)
- 4 cauliflower (purple)
- 1 handful cauliflower florets
- 1 handful cress (coriander)
- vegetable oil
