- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 cups carrots (coarsely grated)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly, – optional)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 125 grams unsalted butter (or margarine / half a bar)
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 Tbsp. golden caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk (or a little bit more, or water)
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- egg whites (whisk to beat the, I used manual one)
- 2 egg whites (mixing bowls, small for, and bigger one for the rest of the ingredients)
