- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (use Mace spice if you're on the AIP diet or omit it)
- 1 tsp. vanilla powder
- 13.5 oz. coconut milk (or Tigernut Milk or Banana Milk or Sweet Potato Milk)
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (omit for Whole30)
