  • 3 onions (chopped)
  • 3 apples (eating, peeled and grated)
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds (or white)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 700 milliliters red wine vinegar

    Great would make it again. I didn’t add the onions, not sure why just didn’t like the thought of it. To make it in the hour stated reduced the amount of liquid or make in smaller batches.
