- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice (McCormick®)
- 1 medium pineapple (peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch thick rings)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter, brown sugar and allspice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Place pineapple rings in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan. Brush with butter mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until tender. Serve warm with ice cream, or top burgers or grilled chicken for a Caribbean twist.
