Tasty, easy, kinda greasy. Used 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil. Could've used half of that! There is no way you could fit all those potatoes and carrots, plus onions on the sheet pan with a whole chicken! Used a handful of fingerlings instead and a few precooked beets. Great flavor.
