Description
Delicious steaks, served with a smooth dip of Hellmann's mayonnaise with a touch of garlic

2 SERVINGS
- 2 steaks (thick lean rump, 200g)
- 2 Hellmann's Mayonnaise with a touch of Garlic (dollops*)
- 40 grams stilton cheese
- 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions
- Brush the steaks with some olive oil and season on both sides with pepper.
- BBQ over medium hot coals until the steaks are cooked to your liking; (2-3 minutes each side for rare, 3-4 minutes for medium and 4-6 minutes for well done).
- Whilst the steak is cooking, crumble the Stilton and mix with the mayonnaise. Add the thyme and season well with pepper.
- Spoon the sauce over the steaks and serve with a green salad.
