- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 onions (medium, sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced (medium)
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 8 oz. sweet peas (drained)
- 12 pitted olives
- 2 pkg. Knorr® Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice
- 4 oz. pimentos (sliced, drained)

Directions
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken with onion and green pepper.
- Add water, wine, peas and olives. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Stir in Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice; return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in pimientos.

it was yummy im a beginner so it was easy enough for me to do on my own. definately will. be making it again
