This was Great! We’ve made Spanish rice before, but this recipe with the brown rice instead of white and the addition of beans made it much more filling and healthy. This is a great Meatless Monday dish or side dish for any night. My family doesn’t care for cilantro so we left that out. We’ll definitely be making this again!
