Ingredients

- 1 cup green bell pepper (chopped, 1 Large)
- 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 12 tsp. garlic powder
- 14 tsp. cumin
- 12 tsp. sweet paprika (smoked Spanish)
- 2 tsp. fresh cilantro (minced)
- 12 tsp. chili powder (no salt added)
- 4 Tbsp. ketchup (no salt)
- 12 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups tomato sauce (no salt)
- 12 oz. V8 Vegetable Juice (can low sodium)
- 2 cups no salt stewed tomatoes
