This was just ok to me. Definitely need to make sure you add enough salt and pepper to taste. I did add the black salt as well, 1/4 teaspoon and I would say that more is probably needed for the eggy feel. Had it with some plant-based breakfast patties. Boyfriend went for seconds so that was positive. Nutritional yeast would have been a good idea, but I normally stick with the recipe on this first go round.
Wonder if you could just put it in a pie dish and throw it in the oven to bake instead when you bring all the ingredients together. Might be easier than try to flip it in the pan. My flip was about 90% complete, just lost a little piece that I had to patch in there.

It was good,a little dry so I used salsa . I also put nutritional yeast 1 tablespoon to give it a cheesy flavor
