Turned out perfectly! Prepared exactly to recipe, although I did NOT use paper towels when squeezing last of water out of spinach... Just used my hands... One change I will make next time is to cut back on lemon juice from 1 TBS to maybe half that... Was pretty overwhelming... I did cover with foil for the last 5 minutes to halt browning, wanted to bake full 25 minutes.

Very good! I didn’t put all the onion that was called for but it was an excellent dish everyone loved it
