I wish the recipe had been a little clearer about things like I realized i needed to thaw the spinach if i was going to squeeze out water and I assumed she intended for garlic powder to be added and not just raw garlic. It turned out pretty good but i definitely added more seasoning than called for and could have used more. I did use homemade chicken stock, which meant I needed to add a lot of salt.

Pretty good dish very hearty good for fall! Took me a while to mix it together but I used fresh spinach too. It came out crispy on top, maybe put a little hot sauce in the recipe next time. I'll freeze leftovers too.

This dish is awesome. Love the nutrition and the flavor my adult daughter is picky about what she will eat reheated, and this gets two thumbs up from her. She took some reheated leftovers for lunch, and two of her friends had a taste and had to have the recipe. Definitely a keeper
