- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and wringed out of all water)
- 6 oz. feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 oz. cream cheese (softened - 1/3 fat suggested, neufchatel)
- 1 large egg (whisked)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 pkg. tarts (frozen mini phyllo, each package should have 15 tarts)

Garlic was burned! You need to saute the onions BEFORE adding garlic, as garlic cooks a lot faster than onions and they just burned after their one minute according to the recipe and then 5 more whilst the onion tries to cook. I knew it was incorrect, but did it anyhow, as I did not want to mess with the recipe for the first time. Believe me, I will for the future, as they are very good if cooked right and just not so good.....kind of burned this way.
