This is the most delicious sauce ever- we haven’t touched a bottle of jarred pasta sauce since! The anchovies are a MUST, not an option, but you will never taste them in the finished sauce- just the superb depth of flavor they add. Cook low and slow like it says; I cook it for the two hours. Worth it- delish!
