- 2 Tbsp. Flora Cuisine
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 400 grams tuna (can, in brine, drained)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes (can, with herbs)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato (purée)
- salt
- 1 Tbsp. green peppercorns (in brine, drained)
- 350 grams spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. herbs (chopped fresh)
- 55 grams cheddar cheese (grated, to serve, optional)

Directions
- Melt the Flora Cuisine in a pan, add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft but not browned.
- Stir in the tuna, tomatoes and tomato purée, bring just to the boil, then simmer gently for about 10 minutes until slightly reduced. Season to taste and stir in the green peppercorns.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to packet directions.
- Serve the tuna sauce with the spaghetti, sprinkled with chopped fresh herbs, and grated cheese, if liked.
